Performance Marketing Manager

Onsite / Remote Full-time 3–6 years ₹8–16 LPA

Own end-to-end paid marketing strategies for TRIYAK clients across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms. You will be data-driven, ROI-obsessed, and creative in equal measure.

What You'll Do

Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
Own budgets ranging from ₹1L to ₹50L/month with full ROAS accountability
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
Build and analyse performance dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio
Collaborate with design team on high-converting ad creatives

Requirements

3+ years managing paid campaigns with proven ROAS results
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certified (or equivalent experience)
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager

Nice to Have

Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360, TTD)
Knowledge of SEO to align paid and organic strategies
Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
